TrackLogy was built to fix the most overlooked part of ecommerce — what happens after a customer clicks "Buy." We give brands the tools to turn every shipment into a trust-building moment.
Get in touchIn 2024, our founders were deep in the ecommerce space — advising brands, building integrations, watching the same problem repeat itself at every company they worked with. Once an order shipped, brands went blind. Customers went anxious. Support teams went underwater with "where is my order?" tickets.
The tools that existed were either enterprise-priced black boxes or basic tracking widgets with no customization. There was nothing clean, affordable, and genuinely ecommerce-native in between.
So in early 2025, we founded TrackLogy. A platform built specifically for modern ecommerce brands — branded tracking pages, carrier-agnostic visibility, and automated customer notifications that actually feel like they came from the brand, not a logistics vendor.
We're still early, still growing, and still obsessed with the same thing we started with: making the post-purchase experience as good as the product itself.

“Every delivery should feel like it came from a brand that actually cares — not a tracking number in a carrier portal.”
The post-purchase window is the most underinvested touchpoint in ecommerce. Done right, it turns one-time buyers into repeat customers. Done wrong, it drives chargebacks and negative reviews. We built TrackLogy to make "done right" the default — for brands of every size.
Every feature we ship starts with one question: does this make the end customer's experience meaningfully better? If not, it waits.
We don't try to do everything. We do post-purchase exceptionally well — tracking, notifications, visibility. That's our lane.
Ecommerce crosses every border. TrackLogy is built from day one to support brands selling across every region and carrier network.
Real-time tracking is worthless if the platform is down. We obsess over uptime, response latency, and consistency under load.
TrackLogy is early and growing fast. If you want to shape what post-purchase looks like for modern ecommerce — we want to hear from you.
