This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using TrackLogy, operated by WINDCODEX INC. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
The purpose of this policy is to protect the integrity of the Service, other users, and the individuals whose data flows through our platform.
1. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Service to:
- Track without authorisation — Monitor or track shipments, orders, or individuals that you do not have a legitimate business relationship with or explicit authorisation to track.
- Submit false data — Upload fabricated, fraudulent, or misleading tracking numbers, order details, or customer information.
- Send unsolicited messages — Use the notification system to send spam, bulk promotional messages, or communications unrelated to shipment status to recipients who have not consented.
- Facilitate illegal activity — Use the Service in connection with the sale or shipment of illegal goods, counterfeit products, or any activity that violates applicable law.
- Abuse the API — Make excessive or abusive API requests that degrade Service performance for other users; attempt to bypass rate limits; or use automated scripts to scrape data beyond normal usage patterns.
- Compromise security — Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network connected to the Service.
- Reverse-engineer — Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.
- Resell without authorisation — Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our express written consent.
- Violate privacy — Process personal data through the Service in a manner that violates applicable privacy law, including GDPR, CCPA, or India DPDP.
- Harm minors — Submit any data relating to individuals under the age of 18 in a context that could harm or exploit them.
2. Rate Limits and Fair Use
Your plan includes defined API call limits and tracker credit allowances. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these limits through technical means. If your legitimate business needs exceed your plan limits, contact us at [email protected] to discuss higher-volume options.
We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend access to accounts that generate unusually high traffic volumes that impact Service performance for other users, with or without notice.
3. Enforcement
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning to the email address registered to your account.
- Temporarily suspend your access to the Service.
- Permanently terminate your account without refund.
- Report the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Take legal action to recover losses or seek injunctive relief.
We will generally seek to provide notice before taking enforcement action except where we determine that immediate action is necessary to prevent harm to the Service, other users, or third parties.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this AUP, please report it to us at [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible so we can investigate promptly.
