TrackLogy uses the following third-party sub-processors to deliver its services. As a data controller, we enter into data processing agreements with each sub-processor to ensure your data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law, including GDPR.
We will update this list at least 30 days before adding a new sub-processor that processes personal data. Customers who have signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us will be notified by email.

If you have signed a Data Processing Agreement with us and object to the addition of a new sub-processor, you may notify us in writing within 30 days of our notification. We will work with you in good faith to address your concern. If we cannot resolve the objection, you may terminate the affected services in accordance with your DPA.
