Returns Tracking: Giving Customers Visibility on the Way Back

Your customer just placed an order. They're in the highest emotional engagement they'll ever have with your brand. They hit the confirmation page, get one email, and then… nothing. For days.
This is the post-purchase gap. And most stores leave it completely unattended.
The window between "order placed" and "package delivered" has unique properties:
A triggered email sent during this window has a greater chance of being read than almost any other marketing message you'll send.
Every tracking link should go to a page that looks like your store — not a generic carrier page. Use it to feature related products, a referral offer, or a loyalty programme CTA.
Send an email at every meaningful milestone: shipped, in transit, out for delivery, delivered. Each one is a brand touchpoint.
The day after delivery, send a review request. Three days after, a cross-sell recommendation. Seven days after, a reorder reminder if you sell consumables.
A customer who has a great post-purchase experience is 3x more likely to make a second purchase. Given that acquiring a new customer costs 5–7x more than retaining one, even a 10% improvement in repeat purchase rate dramatically changes your unit economics.
TrackLogy provides the branded tracking page and the milestone notification infrastructure. You focus on the content and the cross-sell strategy — TrackLogy handles the delivery and timing automatically.
